These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and GrowCartBD ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, purchasing digital VIP keys, depositing wallet funds, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with all terms outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from using GrowCartBD and must cease all access immediately.

To access premium features, digital key storage, and financial ledger wallets, you must register a customer account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information including a valid email address and contact number. • Each user is allowed a single primary account. Creating multiple duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions is prohibited. • Region Locking Notice: During registration, you must select your accurate residency region (Bangladesh, India, or International). Your selected region determines available payment gateways, local pricing, and account currency. Once confirmed, this region is permanently locked to your account to comply with financial gateway regulations. Changing your region requires formal support verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and multi-factor tokens:

• You agree to immediately notify GrowCartBD if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account. • You are responsible for all activities and orders placed under your account credentials. • GrowCartBD will never ask for your account password. Never disclose your password to third parties or unauthorized support representatives.

GrowCartBD lists digital software keys, game panel access utilities, and VIP membership subscriptions:

• Single-Device / User License: All panel keys and VIP credentials are sold strictly for personal use on a single authorized device (HWID bound) unless a product explicitly states multi-device support. • Resale & Leaking Prohibition: Reselling, leasing, publicly posting, sharing, or sub-licensing assigned VIP panel keys is strictly forbidden. Automated systems monitor HWID concurrency; detected sharing triggers immediate permanent key invalidation without refund. • Bypass & Game Updates: Game panels and mod utilities are subject to third-party game engine patches. GrowCartBD works diligently to maintain updated, undetected statuses, but does not control third-party game server operations.

Package durations (e.g., 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days) operate as follows:

• Activation Calculation: For activation-based licenses, duration starts precisely when the key is first activated inside the application panel or linked to your device HWID. • Expiration: Upon duration expiration, panel access terminates automatically. Customers may purchase renewal packages through the catalog. • Remaining Time Telemetry: Where supported, remaining validity can be tracked in real-time under My Account > My Keys.

All purchases require full payment verification prior to digital delivery:

• Prices are denominated in BDT (৳), INR (₹), or USD ($) depending on your region. • In the event of pricing errors due to technical anomalies, GrowCartBD reserves the right to cancel unfulfilled orders and issue a complete refund. • Wallet funds are non-withdrawable and non-transferable between accounts. Wallet transactions are processed in atomic minor units (poisha) to prevent balance desynchronization.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following restricted conduct:

• Attempting unauthorized penetration, vulnerability scanning, SQL injection, or denial of service attacks against GrowCartBD servers. • Utilizing automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract pricing data, inventory levels, or user records without prior authorization. • Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, payment reversal abuse, or fake transaction reference submissions. • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass cryptographic protections embedded in GrowCartBD delivery mechanisms. • Harassing support agents, making defamatory statements, or publishing false claims regarding platform integrity.

GrowCartBD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts under verified conditions:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy. • Fraudulent chargebacks, payment tampering, or gateway fraud alerts. • Unauthorized key sharing or distribution of panel bypass tools. • In the event of termination for cause, unused license keys and wallet balances are forfeited to offset damages and administrative investigation costs.

All original content on GrowCartBD—including logos, branding assets, custom artwork, website design, UI code, and graphics—is the intellectual property of GrowCartBD. All third-party trademarks, video game titles, publisher names, and logos belong to their respective owners. GrowCartBD claims no official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Garena, Free Fire, Apple, or Google.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GrowCartBD services and digital keys are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. • GrowCartBD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party game account bans, software incompatibilities, or device operating system updates. • Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific digital product in dispute. • Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local laws.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material updates will be highlighted on the website with an amended effective date. Your continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and digital trade laws. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation via our support channels.
