Payment Policy

GrowCartBD provides a secure, streamlined multi-currency checkout system. All digital transactions are governed by your permanently locked account region to ensure full compliance with regional financial regulations and gateway requirements:

• Bangladesh Region: Prices and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). • India Region: Prices and transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). • International Region: Prices and transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD $) or major cryptocurrencies.

We support the following configured payment methods:

Bangladesh (BDT ৳): • Paymently Automated Gateway (UddoktaPay V2 engine). • bKash Instant Auto Payment. • Nagad Auto Payment. • Rocket & Upay Instant MFS.

India (INR ₹): • Razorpay Automated Payment Gateway. • Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, and bank UPI handles.

International (USD $): • Binance Pay: Direct Binance app integration with zero network fees. • NOWPayments & Cryptomus: Automated settlement supporting USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL).

To guarantee transaction security:

• Checkouts generate a cryptographic session token with an exact order amount and expiration timer. • Upon completing payment at the gateway checkout, you are redirected back to our verified callback endpoint. • GrowCartBD executes server-to-server independent verification (e.g., Paymently Verify Payment API, Razorpay Signature Check, or Blockchain Confirmation). • Order keys are provisioned ONLY after status is confirmed as "COMPLETED" and the received poisha amount matches the expected order subtotal exactly. Unconfirmed or pending payments will never trigger automated digital key assignment.

GrowCartBD absorbs standard payment processing costs for our customers:

• Gateway Processing Fee: FREE (0.00 BDT / INR / USD). • Customers pay only the listed product price without hidden surcharge additions at checkout. • Note: For cryptocurrency payments, standard blockchain miner/gas fees are determined by your chosen crypto network and wallet client.

Customers can deposit funds to their GrowCartBD wallet via /account/wallet:

• The minimum deposit is ৳ 50.00 / ₹ 50.00 / $ 1.00. • Deposited funds are credited to your non-withdrawable ledger immediately upon server verification. • Wallet checkouts are executed atomically in minor units (poisha) to prevent double-spending or concurrency race conditions.

We employ automated fraud monitoring to protect our customers and payment merchants:

• Submitting fabricated transaction IDs or manipulating API requests will result in an immediate account ban and IP blacklist. • If you notice an unrecognized charge, please contact our support desk immediately before opening an external dispute so we can resolve the matter promptly. • Fraudulent chargebacks initiated after successful digital delivery will be reported to financial fraud databases.
