Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct required of all visitors, customers, and registered users of GrowCartBD. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the marketplace, our customers, and our payment partners.

You may NOT use GrowCartBD to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:

• Financial & Payment Fraud: Initiating unauthorized charges using stolen payment details, conducting fraudulent chargeback schemes, or submitting forged transaction receipts. • API & Platform Manipulation: Tampering with HTTP headers, reverse engineering checkout endpoints, spoofing webhook payloads, or manipulating poisha minor-unit calculations. • Unauthorized Key Reselling: Distributing, leaking, cracking, or reselling assigned single-user VIP panel keys without authorized reseller status. • Denial of Service & Attacks: Launching DDoS attacks, port scanning, exploiting server vulnerabilities, or attempting SQL injection or remote code execution. • Automated Bot Scraping: Using automated crawlers to overload storefront servers or drain inventory reservations. • Account Compromise: Attempting credential stuffing, brute force logins, or unauthorized access to other customers' key vaults. • Malicious Code Distribution: Uploading or transmitting viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious APK files through support attachments or feedback forms.

GrowCartBD actively investigates suspected violations:

• We reserve the right to monitor platform telemetry, transaction logs, and IP patterns for suspicious behavior. • Violations will result in immediate termination of the offending account, invalidation of all active panel keys, and permanent blacklisting of associated IP addresses and payment handles. • In severe cases involving financial fraud, credential theft, or cyberattacks, GrowCartBD will refer evidence to law enforcement agencies and financial fraud investigation units.

If you discover a security vulnerability, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized distribution of GrowCartBD keys, please report it immediately to our security desk at support@growcartbd.cv or via /account/support.
